Staff Ever Chavez, Founder and Executive Director Ever is a master of production and promotion of music, theater, special events and fine arts. He has an academic and professional background in Theater, Dance, Music and Special Events Production and his career of nearly 20 years spans from Cuba, to Europe and the U.S., In 2003, Ever founded FUNDarte and has further rooted himself as a highly respected Arts Presenter and Producer, recognized for this ability to work with artists in making their art more accessible to broader audiences. In Cuba, Ever served as Executive Producer of the world renowned Cuban theater company El Publico, for over a decade. Based in Havana, El Publico became one of the most successful international touring theater companies in Cuba’s history under Ever’s visionary leadership. Prior to FUNDarte, upon recolating to the U.S. from Cuba, he worked as Production and Program Coordinator for Miami’s Artemis Performance Network, the legendary Teatro Avante and Miami Dade College’s Cultural Affairs Department’s internationally acclaimed Cultura del Lobo Performance Series. Carlos M. Caballero, Programming Director and Treasurer Elizabeth Doud, Artistic and Development Consultant Dinorah de Jesus Rodriguez, Grant Writer and Audience Development Consultant Yordan Sedeno, Social Media Consultant Randy Valdes, Marketing Consultant and Media Archives Robert Rosenberg, Consultant for Out in the Tropics Performance Series Robert Rosenberg has over twenty-five years of experience in the cultural arena, first in New York and most recently in Miami. An Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker, Rosenberg has extensive experience in performing arts and moving image programming, producing, marketing, public relations, grant writing and organizational development. He was the Program Director of the Public Theater’s Global Village Documentary Film Festival in New York, was the Associate Director of South Florida’s pioneering contemporary arts presenter Tigertail Productions, and was the Founding Director of the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. Some of his recent clients include Florida Dance Association, City Theatre, FUNDarte, Entertainment Industry Incubator, Miami Beach Arts Trust and Orchestra Miami. |
