FUNDarte, Inc. FUNDarte is a multidisciplinary non-profit organization dedicated to producing, presenting, and promoting music, theater, dance, film and visual arts that speak to Miami’s diverse cultures with an emphasis on Hispanic arts and culture. FUNDarte particularly works to nurture emerging artists and those with little or no exposure to South Florida audiences; facilitate intercultural and international exchanges; and provide local audiences and artists with educational opportunities that expand their creative, critical and social perspectives.
Our Mission FUNDarte is a non-for-profit organization dedicated to presenting, producing and promoting Music, Theater, Dance, Film, Visual Arts, Literary Arts and Special Events by celebrating Hispanic/Latin Contemporary Arts and Culture Movements of emerging Art Forms, Ideas, and Artists in The United States of America that are representative of Earth’s diverse places and cultures.. Specifically, FUNDarte will: (1) create and develop a safe space for nurturing promising artists through performing arts seasons; (3) develop audiences with the ability to think critically and reflect; and (4) build bridges between innovative, moving works of art and diverse segments of our community.
Our Vision FUNDarte's vision is to lead our community in leveraging the innate power of art and culture to shape United States into a model for positive social change and long-term sustainability through the Arts.
Our Goal Presenting, producing and promoting using predetermined criteria as defined by our "Board of Directors" with an emphasis on American, Latin American, Caribbean, Cuban and Spanish artists.
